Our client, part of a UK wide specialist service operation, is seeking an experienced administrator for their busy office in Newhaven.
The nature of the business dictates that calls and enquiries are responded to in a strict time frame and therefore applicants must be well organised and accurate. Applicants should have a mature outlook, be level headed with a practical approach. Good IT and communication skills are essential for this role.
Duties to include:
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails
Enter all new enquiry information into database
Assist in arranging work schedule for technicians
Record relevant information and documentation required to complete jobs
Order equipment as required for the job
Cost jobs for estimating/invoicing using collated information
Maintain records/Document control
Compile staff and accident returns
Reconcile fuel receipts
Log keys and controls
Hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
