We’re seeking a highly motivating and driven Sales Manager to lead our team of Telesales Executives.

Working with autonomy alongside the Managing Director, you will be given the crucial role of leading the sales department whilst working proactively to generate further business.

With your experience in improving sales teams and processes, you’ll analyse the existing sales process and develop this where appropriate.

Your strengths in people management will be used to further grow the existing team and motivate, train, manage and develop the team to drive success.  You will have a proven history of getting the best from people and recognising skills, weaknesses and training requirements.  Your team will look to you to lead as well as manage.

You will implement positive change and improvement for the business, with a professional but relatable approach.

You will be instrumental in developing business opportunities and achieving innovation, bringing ideas and realising these.

As someone who is confident in their abilities and ideas, you’ll communicate these with the Managing Director and your team and see these to fruition.

You will be an excellent communicator and able to attract new customers both over the telephone and face to face.

This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced sales manager with a passion for ideas and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

-           Ensuring KPIs are hit daily (dials and talk time);

-           Communicating effectively with teams and Managing Director, adopting a cohesive approach to achieve objectives;


-           Identifying new opportunities;

-           Generating new business.


-           Vibrant leader of people;

-           Demonstrable successful track record of leading telesales teams;

-           A positive and effective leadership style;

-           Ability to coach teams toward hitting KPIs.
