The Trust is seeking an experienced and professional individual to provide a comprehensive Executive Assistant support to two Executive Director and their senior management team on a 3 month fixed term contract.
The postholder will be highly organised to successfully ensure the smooth running of the office and with excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with both internal and external contacts. The ideal candidate will have extensive diary management experience, with the ability to develop effective systems and strategies to manage the efficient use of time and workload for the specified Director.

Your background -
· Extensive experience working as a personal assistant or project support at a senior level in a large, multi-professional organisation
· Degree level or equivalent experience
· Advanced software and keyboard skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
