There is an exciting opportunity for a Community Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic Community team that forms the basis of Community of Practice which serves the population of Crawley.
Being part of the larger Community of Practice means working with local GP’s, other Health and Social care colleagues and or course the patients, family members and formal and informal carers to tailor care that best supports the individual’s needs.
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable applicant who is a team player with the ability to work on their own without direct supervision.
Applicants must be flexible to meet the needs of the service and be able to work weekends on a rota basis. Previous community experience may be an advantage, but is not essential, as training will be available.
If you have excellent communication and people skills and would enjoy the challenge of caring for people at home, then we want to hear from you.
Car driver and access to own car essential
