Contact Centre Team Operator - Greater Brighton Skills
18.5 hours per week
We are seeking to appoint a Contact Centre Team Operator to support the Contact Centre's monthly sales targets by adopting a range of communication methods including website or telephone enquiries, online networking and marketing activities. You will also capture destination data and job outcome achievements of students completing college courses.
You will need proven customer services experience, preferably within a contact centre environment. You will also need a good level of education to at least level 2 (5 x GCSEs) or level 3 (A-levels) and excellent communication skills. You will also need the confidence to work on your own initiative and have good organizational and time management skills.
