An opportunity has arisen for a Property Administration Assistant to join our busy Eastbourne team and provide high quality assistance to the Property team.
Daily duties will involve the administrative aspects of matter files including opening, closing and daily filing; updating our database systems and photocopying. You will also need to assist clients both in person and on the telephone and be confident in giving estimates of costs to new clients in the absence of a Partner or Legal Adviser.
You will need to have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook and be able to demonstrate fast and accurate typing skills, an ability to prioritise and manage multiple administration tasks.
A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills in the context of client care is essential for this position and we are looking for someone who has a positive manner in dealing with clients and colleagues. Flexibility and willingness will also be needed to support the Legal Advisers and other team members.
A very high degree of accuracy and organisational skills is paramount, with a can-do approach to undertake multiple tasks as well as fast and accurate typing skills.
