This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and has a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. This role has a variety of key tasks including:-
- Archiving, scanning, indexing and storage of closed files
- Dealing with requests from staff and clients for files and documents from storage and updating database
- Various administration tasks to keep the building and equipment running smoothly

This busy role requires someone with a high degree of accuracy and organisational skills to undertake multiple tasks with effective prioritisation. A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills in the context of client care is essential for this position and we are looking for someone who has a positive manner in dealing with clients and colleagues.
Flexibility and willingness will be needed to support the Partners and legal Advisers in the office. Training in all relevant duties will be provided as necessary. The role does include some heavy lifting.
Full time, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
