This job might be for you if:

You enjoy engaging with people over the phone, can talk to them on both a personal and professional level, and sell them an opportunity they won’t want to pass up.

You like helping people and get a buzz from finding them a life-changing opportunity. This can sometimes take a long time to finalise, so you’re patient, tenacious and happy to persevere.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, you think on your feet and you’re cool under pressure.

You’re a natural communicator, you write clearly and you feel comfortable speaking to people of all nationalities.

You’re motivated and ambitious with a strong work ethic. You’re driven by success and you don’t mind working long hours to reach your goals.

To land this role you don’t need to have any experience in recruitment or be technologically savvy, but some sales or office experience is preferable. We take all our new starters through a 12 week training programme, teach you everything you need to know, and the techie bit? You’ll pick that up just from speaking to highly qualified techies who really know their stuff! Just make sure your CV or cover letter shows us why you’d be right for ERL.

We value our employees and strive to provide the best possible working environment. We want you to enjoy coming to work, so we include benefits like performance based bonuses, lunch clubs, pension and health care plans and healthy snacks for the office, all in addition to an excellent commission scheme. We also take our employees on holiday every year to reward their hard work – in previous years it’s been Barcelona, Berlin, and New York, and this year we're off to CHICAGO!
