St Barnabas Hospices offers specialist palliative care through two hospices:
St Barnabas House provides palliative care to adults in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas through a range of services, including In-patient Care, Day Hospice and Community Care.
Chestnut Tree House is the children's hospice reaching across Sussex and South East Hampshire. Providing care and support for children/young people and their families with life-shortening conditions.
Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,270 - £25,780 pa (depending on depth and variety of experience in a similar role)
Location: Based at St Barnabas House, Titnore Lane, Worthing but working across three sites, so own car is essential
We are looking for a people focused CIPD qualified Advisor who enjoys being a generalist and has experience in handling employee relation cases.
You will be part of a small team and will be happy offering advice and guidance to managers and staff. You will carry your own case load using our policies and procedures and act generally as an HR business partner
