Junior Sales Executive (37.5 hours Mon-Fri)

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support the business development team in generating leads. Based in bright, spacious modern new offices with great views of overlooking Preston Park and the Downs.

The role

The primary technology we work with is Cloud based Dynamics 365 and it will be your role to find new leads and prospects who Cloud9 could work with. There will be an element of account management too, therefore understanding our customer base and selling new opportunities will be expected.

This role will cover the whole sales cycle from lead generation, closing the sale and overseeing smooth delivery of the project alongside the Client Support team.

Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll also be contributing and delivering our sales and marketing campaigns.

Who we’re looking for

We need someone with a natural flair for sales, so this might be your first sales role. Ideally though you’d have some experience in telesales or a call-centre environment as this is a target driven role.

You’ll have a genuine interest in technology and be comfortable with presenting to client audiences and groups to train in our products and services. Someone who is a quick learner, highly self-motivated, especially to learn about new technology trends will be what we’re looking for.

Sales generation can be tough therefore a drive to succeed is desired to really shine through. We’re a small team but growing, therefore we want an all-round team player and someone who is happy supporting their colleagues.

For the right candidate, over time, this role has lots of potential to grow with the business. So we’re looking for someone committed and has the willingness and attitude to grow with us.

What we’ll offer

We plan quarterly days in the office for learning and sharing with dinner and drinks out to ensure there is a fun aspect to really getting to know your team. In addition you’ll get;

  • £16,000 pa dependent on experience + commission, with an OTE of £25,000pa
  • 23 days holiday in addition to bank holidays
  • Up to 5% pension contribution to pension scheme
  • 9-5.30 hours, with flexibility for 8.30-5.00 (Mon-Fri)
