As an experienced Estates Manager, you will have provided efficient and effective Estates and Facilities services underpinned by a professional or academic qualification in a technical or estates related subject.
This role will be primarily focused on meeting the needs of the Crawley College Campus and the Horsham Training Centre. Our ambition is to develop the Crawley Campus and experience of delivering new build and refurbishment projects to time and cost is essential. You are also expected to have up to date knowledge of estates related and Health and Safety legislation. You will have the ability to practically problem solve, be customer focused and write reports.
