Call Centre Agent - Redhill/Reigate, Surrey
Salary £16,000 - £19,000pa
Search Consultancy is actively looking for a contact centre agent to join a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company. Our client delivers solutions that manage risk, cultivate talent and optimise benefits. They have been established since 1828 and are consistently growing due to their success.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday; 9am till 5pm (35 hour week)
* Answering Inbound calls and respond to queries to set service standards
* Provide an efficient and professional service to meet all client's needs
* Communicate via email
* Make outbound calls when required
* Forward on escalated calls in the correct manner
* Hit individual and team KPI's
Have you got the following experience or skills?
* Previous experience in a call/ contact centre
* Empathy and sensitivity to deal with distressed customers
* Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills preferably previous experience
* Thrive under targets
* Have a positive customer focused attitude
* Good knowledge of IT
* Do you have a C or above in Math and English (or equivalent)
