Vice Principal – Curriculum and Quality
Plumpton College is one of the UK’s leading specialist colleges, providing education and training from entry to postgraduate level to over 3000 students per year from across the South East.
Having recently undergone a successful transition period, the college has significantly raised its performance in all aspects of its business, as recognised in our recent Ofsted inspection, whilst achieving an increase in turnover to nearly £19m.

Aligned with strong financial health we are well placed to build on our recent success and achieve further growth across our business portfolio.
We are now looking for a new Vice Principal for Curriculum and Quality to help us to deliver that further growth, business development and continued quality improvement. With a passion for student and organisational success, you will have an excellent track record in curriculum leadership and quality enhancement across a broad range of curriculum types and be able to inspire and motivate staff and students to perform at the highest possible levels.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding individual with high standards and expectations who will relish the opportunity to play an integral role in driving Plumpton College to future success.
