Customer Care & Sales - Brighton
Red Flag Recruitment are now looking for bright, enthusiast and hard-working people to work for one of our biggest clients here in Brighton.
Ideally, you will have a financial background, but not essential, as the right candidate will beneficiate of a three-weeks training starting on the Monday, 25th June 2018.

For this role, you will be working in a large team of other skilled Customer Service /Sales Support professions and your responsibilities will include the following:
- enquires, order entry, provide product knowledge, solve issues, provide delivery dates to customers and more
- making warm outbound phone calls relating to promotions, campaigns, servicing key clients
- Upselling and building a rapport with your existing customers, and potentially working with new customers
- Liaise with the sales department and customer service departments regularly regarding stock and inventory

This department has set shifts patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract, consisting of shifts ranging in 11:00-8:00 pm during the week and saturdays 9:00-5:30 pm.
