Salary: £20k - £22k
I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of a Finance Administrator for our friendly and busy client based in their Hove office.
* Creating and sending invoices
* Dealing with incoming telephone and email queries
* Office management
* Updating the database and the internal CRM systems
* Supporting the MD in meetings and new business opportunities
* Creating reports
* Credit control
* Stock control and inventory
* Customer service
The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
* Proven office administration experience
* Great IT skills in MS office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
* Fast learner
* Knowledge of Xero or Sage would be advantageous
* Ability to work to strict deadlines
* Highly organised
* Ability to multi-task
* Great attention to detail
