In this exciting role you will be responsible for assisting new and existing customers over the phone and expected to work well in a team.
What a day looks like with us:
- Working closely with your team under your Team Leader’s directives
- Assisting customers and ensuring accounts are up to date
- Coordinating internal communication regarding marketing techniques and improvements to keep clients and customer’s relationships impeccable and satisfied
- Excellent attention to detail
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Offer outstanding service by providing the real deal to clients and customers

£19.300 to £21.000 + £5.000 bonus
