Salary: £9 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay.
A leading Insurance company based in Maidstone are looking to recruit Customer Service Handler to join their fantastic team on a temporary basis for 2 months!
Please Note: The successful applicant will need to pass a credit check.
The role of Customer Service Handler will involve delivering excellent service and assisting Clients with their general queries. You will be providing expert service to Clients verbally and in writing, dealing with a variety of queries professionally and efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
* Dealing with outbound telephone calls
* Assisting clients with their enquiries
* Ensuring that every client receives a positive customer experience
* Promoting the brand positively and maintaining brand integrity
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous telephone based customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to deal with complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Resilience to take high volume of calls on a daily basis
* Ability to build rapport and understanding with customers
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
