Customer Service Manager
KB Design based in Horsham, are an expanding Global Marketing Company producing promotional items for our clients, around the world. Our largest area is gift packaging comprising of luxury gift boxes and carrier bags which promote our clients products. Our clients include: Molton Brown, Clarins, Benefit Cosmetics, DAKS, Tottenham FC. Microsoft, Toshiba, Goldwell Hair Cosmetics, KMS, John Frieda Hair Cosmetics, Caroline Charles London.

Duties include:·Motivating your team, to achieve great customer service in line with company objectives·Oversea the order processing department. ·Taking orders from the sales department and seeing them through to delivery of goods ·You will be hands on and processing your own orders.·You will be dealing with suppliers abroad mainly in Europe and China·Develop and improve systems related to the customer service department·Creation of internal documentation, reports and proposals·Maintaining the CRM system with all notes relating to jobs you are working on·Finding solutions to issues with suppliers to provide best outcome for client
Requirements:·Good communication skills·Very positive leadership·Excellent telephone manner·2-3 years experience as customer service manager·Highly organised·Strong written English skills·Ability to pick up new skills·Full driving license
