We are looking to appoint an experienced Parts Advisor to join our successful, busy parts department.
You will be managing stock and helping to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the aftersales team; this will include coordinating with the workshops and sales teams as well as selling to trade and directly to the public.
The ideal applicant needs to be a motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual who is capable of consistently delivering the highest standards of customer service. You will need an outgoing personality and a pleasant telephone manner. We would like you to be able to work on your own initiative but you will be a key member of a team so hard work and accuracy will be needed. You must be computer literate (knowledge of the Kerridge system would be advantageous) and have a good eye for detail.
