MCS Ltd are looking to appoint a full-time Technical Clerk to join our busy Project Management Team.  The successful candidate will have good interpersonal and organisational skills as well as excellent attention to detail.

The position will involve document and drawing control and administration of post-contract documentation. Other responsibilities will include ordering and project kit preparation, stock control and the opportunity to be involved in some off-site technical configuration work dependent upon aptitude.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Project Management Team as well as third parties including Architects, Electrical Contractors and Consultants.

Some experience of working in a building or related services environment would be useful, though not essential.

Competence in PC use is essential and familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel is a basic requirement. Any experience with drawing packages such as Visio or AutoCAD would be an advantage, although full/top-up training will be provided.

Salary: circa £17,000 – £20,000 per annum – depending upon experience.
