We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our Clinical Administration team to assist with the daily tasks essential to the functioning of clinical services.

The successful candidate will have current experience of working within a challenging administrative environment, with advanced ICT skills, (Outlook, Word and Excel). Call-handling or busy reception experience are essential. You will possess first-rate communication and organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload, paying attention to detail.  Excellent customer service skills, and capacity to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team are key.

This post is part-time, covering a rolling shift pattern of four-on/four-off, working 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm (to be agreed between job-share).
