Community Staff Nurse
An exciting opportunity to work either full or part time has arisen in the multi professional team within the community environment. This post is ideal for somebody who would like the opportunity to experience community work or develop their interests in the role further. The role incorporates the day to day management of patients within the community setting under the supervision of the Case Manager and Clinical Lead involving a variety of skills inclusive of wound care, continence management, palliative care, health promotion, and venepuncture to name but a few. Training will be available and candidates will be supported with an induction and personal development plan.

You must be able to work autonomously as well as being part of a team. The team uses SystemOne mobile working.
You must hold a full driving license and have the use of a car for work purposes.
