Part Time Credit Control Assistant
Parker Building Supplies are looking for a Part Time Credit Control Assistant
(22.5 hours per week)
Our Credit Control Department are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their department working alongside a small but busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fast growing renowned Builders Merchant. You will be based at our prestigious Branch Support Centre in Polegate, East Sussex.
What you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with all aspects of credit control including investigating and resolving queries
- Chasing outstanding debt by telephone and email
- Posting cash
- Reconciling statements
- Evaluating customer credit worthiness
- Using Kerridge software
Hours of work:
Week 1: 22.5 hours per week, you will be working Monday to Friday from 9am to 1.30pm.
Week 2: 22.5 hours per week, you will be working Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1.30pm. Friday will be a non-working day and you will work Saturday from 8am to 12.30pm.
Some flexibility around sickness and holiday cover is needed.
Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience within debt recovery or credit control. They must be able to work well within a team, have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner. You must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
