An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Sussex Community NHs Foundation Trust as a Band 5 Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within Central locality, which cover Crawley Horsham and Mid-Sussex.
You will work as part of a multi-professional team to provide holistic care to prevent unnecessary admission to hospital.
As a physiotherapist within the team you will be using your assessment skills to treat a wide range of patients with a wide range of needs.
Responsive Services delivers the ‘right care at the right time in the right place' playing a key role in supporting patients discharged from hospital and community beds and support the patient to stay at home and prevent avoidable admission to hospital. You will need a UK driving license and use of a car for business purposes.
