We are seeking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic secretary/administrator with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Bladder and Bowel Service.

The successful candidate will be working with a Clinical Psychologist running the Male Sexual Problems clinic but will also be expected to work with / for the Lead Specialist Bladder and Bladder Nurse.

You must have very accurate typing skills. You will also need to be computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email with excellent accuracy in data input. You will have control of the diary for the Clinical Psychologist, book all appointments for the clinic, send out paperwork to patients and type letters to GPs. You will also book rep visits for the bladder and bowel team and do any other work as required by the Lead Specialist Bladder and Bowel Nurse

The post holder will play an important role in providing efficient and comprehensive administration support to clinicians and the manager within an integrated and skill-mixed team. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable, accessible and flexible in your approach to work. You must be able to multi-task and manage and prioritise your own workload and work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team.

part time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday only.
