Admin / Office Assistant
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Assistant to work in the offices of our clients production facility based in Horndean, Hampshire.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Filing paperwork
- Booking couriers for collection and deliveries
- Liaising with customers, all members of staff and management
- Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
- Creating spreadsheets
- Booking invoices onto the system
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous office/ administration experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good organisational skills
- Microsoft office experience
Working hours Monday- Friday 08:30-17:00.
£8.65 p/h - £9.61 p/h depending on proven experience with references.
This is for an immediate start for an ongoing contract, with a potential view to turn permanent in the new year.
