If you want to be at the forefront of change, we have a fantastic new opportunity within our Digital Marketing team for a Customer Communications Executive who is passionate about engagement.
The Role Reporting into our Head of Customer Communications, the Customer Communications Executive will assist in mapping the customer journey and all communication touch points within this to help identify opportunities and gaps. The role will involve working with stakeholders across the business to help make our communications compelling and engaging whilst delivering the right message. With lots of variety in the role, this would suit an individual who wants exposure collaborating with various departments and understanding the business needs thoroughly. A perfect opportunity for an individual with Marketing or Communications experience looking for a new challenge in a fast paced, dynamic business on the coast.
Your remit will include the following; Plan and implement changes in system generated communications within agreed timeframes Ensure project momentum and deadlines are met by managing stakeholders, internal colleagues, external agencies, partners and suppliers Take responsibility for accurate proof reading of copy, HTML and artwork - ensuring the Hastings Brand, values and tone of voice are reflected in all customer touch points Ability to develop, schedule and send email and SMS campaigns Assist in the production of new product and marketing propositions Ensure guidelines, policies and procedures are followed Assist and develop new customer communication strategies

Required experience Previous experience in a similar role preferred Relevant degree/qualifications in Marketing or Communications would be advantageous An understanding of the insurance/financial services would be beneficial but not essential
