Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit three more Support Technicians to work within the support team to assist with support and training of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement and Business Central.

The role is a client facing role which will require you to work very closely with clients and Cloud9 colleagues. All client projects support SME clients across diverse industry sectors to support them with growing their business and improve end customer experiences with their businesses. This role will provide great career opportunities for ambitious individuals. After passing relevant Microsoft exams, the support role will be more varied with including in client project work.
Who we’re looking for
We have a fast-paced work environment where the end of the day comes along quickly. No two days are ever the same, and most days you will be speaking with clients by email and phone. Our ideal candidate will be someone with minimum of 1 year’s support technician experience as well as experience in a .net promoter environment would be desirable. We are looking for someone who has worked in a client facing technology environment before, has great communication skills and enjoys learning new skills and can work independently to manage their own time and priorities. As this role is customer facing, you may need to travel from time to time and have good planning and communication skills to complete any agreed work.
For the right candidate with the ability to manage their own work and learn fast, we will offer incredible learning opportunities to learn from other more experienced members of the team who will mentor you. We have access to many learning tools and can create many opportunities to grow your consulting as well as technical skills with Microsoft Certification.

- As a minimum we typically match or exceed your existing salary up to £25k depending on experience
- During your training period we typically offer as a minimum bi-annual salary reviews to reflect the progress and contribution you are making
- 23 days holiday in addition to bank holidays
- Eligible for future Share Option Scheme
- Matched up to 5% pension contribution to pension scheme
- 8:30-5 hours (Mon-Fri)
