SCPHN Health Visitor
An exciting opportunity is available for qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurses (Health Visitor) to work in our Healthy Child Programme (HCP) teams across West Sussex.
We currently have P/T and F/T vacancies in the Horsham, Mid Sussex and Crawley areas.
We are looking to recruit dynamic, innovative, enthusiastic Health Visitors who will be expected to work as part of a corporate team, have the ability to demonstrate evidence based practice and have a flexible approach to work and service delivery.
You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to team working and clinical leadership.
The HCP teams work with West Sussex County Council's Integrated Prevention & Early Help (IPEH) service, and other partner agencies to deliver a universal service to all families, taking a key role in child protection issues where identified and offering additional services to those children and families in need.
We offer a full induction programme led by the practice educators, and a mentor to support your probation period as appropriate.
