Business Development – Tender Support Officer
The Tenders Team is part of the wider Business Development Team responsible for sourcing all tender opportunities, managing the tender process and submitting all responses for the organisation.

If so, Change Grow Live has an exciting opportunity in our National Tenders Team, supporting our Tender Quality Manager with the coordination, quality assurance and submission of innovative, local and evidence-based bids that are bespoke to commissioned and service user needs.
Change Grow Live is a health and social care charity, working with individual’s families and communities affected by substance misuse, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse and anti-social behaviour.
This role provides the opportunity for a motivated, analytical and highly organised individual to join our team and play a key role in our ongoing growth and diversification.
With excellent research, written and verbal communication skills, you will assist the Tenders Team by managing the opportunity management process, supporting with bid submissions and providing support to the Business Development Team and operational directors and managers throughout the process to ensure we submit winning bids. In addition, this role with have a key focus on supporting the diversification of our service portfolio through identifying and working with local teams to submit grant funding applications.
Key elements of the role will include: coordinating the opportunity management process, creating detailed checklists, coordinating input from a variety of sources, keeping information up to date and quality assuring responses.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, strong MS Office skills and IT literacy, alongside excellent proof-reading skills.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
