A well established Hove based company with an excellent reputation in the business communications field is looking for an operational support specialist to work between the busy customer services, account management and sales teams. This is an integral role and puts you at the heart of the business. You will need to have a good commercial understanding and be able to communicate effectively with their network partners. You will need to understand the targets the sales team are striving to hit, and tailor some marketing material to aid and support the team.
The role will involve:
* Producing sales reports and target updates
* Database updates and spotting improvements
* Creating cohesion across departments
* Day to day office tasks
You will need:
* A confident, positive & happy nature
* Great communication and strong work ethic
* Intermediate level of Microsoft office packages
* Ability to learn quick and enjoy a varied role
