In a word

Your role as a New Business Development Executive will be to take ownership of all new business enquiries across B&CE business to business propositions, to include follow up calls and lead generation. Other duties will include outbound calling to potential new clients, market research to support our Health and Money products and providing excellent customer service in line with company objectives and service level agreements.

Practically speaking

Reporting to the Team Manager you’ll be responsible for:

First point of contact for new business enquiries across all B&CE Business to Business propositions.

Outbound calling to potential new clients to expand our Health and Money propositions.

Follow up on new business enquiries and marketing campaigns.

Be an advocate for B&CE propositions, providing excellent customer service.

•Previous experience of working in a busy telephony environment ideally in Financial Services or a similar industry

•Ability to communicate information confidently and clearly – both written and verbally

•A team player with the ability to work in a target-orientated environment

•You have gained a financial service qualification or similar (Desirable)

•Educated to GCSE level
