Experienced Regional HR Business Partner
This role has Business Partnering responsibility for up to 10 sites, this may increase in the future due to business growth, applicants must have experience working under a multi site operation. The will support the leadership team in strategic and operational management of HR in order to achieve/exceed group profit, cash and growth goals by providing outstanding HR support and advice. The role is responsible for providing high quality, objective and robust business partnering and generalist support to ensure the business attracts, develops and retains great people ensuring the culture and values remain at the forefront of all activity.
This is a true HR generalist role with a current emphasis on supporting the delivery of the people strategies and working in areas including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Change Management, Coaching, Succession Planning, Training and Development, Employee Engagement. The HR business partner oversees all human resources operations and ensures they’re aligned with Parker Building Supplies business goals.
