A vacancy has arisen for an administrator with good communication skills and excellent organisational/clerical abilities to work with the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) team in Bognor Regis.

You will need the ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other administrator/s in the team. The post requires a flexible approach as it involves working with differing disciplines within the HCP. The ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and without supervision is essential.

The following skills are essential to the role: experience with databases such as SystmOne, competent with Microsoft Office systems, especially WORD and EXCEL, word processing, excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as maintaining strict confidentiality, liaising with a range of professionals, booking venues, ordering and stock control of resources, maintaining and creating data bases and spreadsheets, accurate filing, and importantly, maintaining a positive attitude towards the values of the organisation.

This is a full-time role working Mon-Fri 9-5pm

Applicant requirements The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
