Job Details
The opportunity:
- To support the CIO and IT Leadership team with administration, including diary management, organising business travel and handing mail.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
- Organising meetings
- Preparing presentations
Training to be Provided:
Level 2 Business and Administration
Mandatory units:
Unit 1 - Communication in a Business Environment
Unit 2 - Understand Employer Organisations
Unit 3 - Principles of Providing Administrative Services
Unit 4 - Principles of Business Document Production and Information Management
Unit 5 - Manage Personal Performance and Development
Unit 6 - Develop Working Relationships with Colleagues
Expected Duration:
12 Months

Qualifications Required:
GCSE Maths and English grades C/4 or above.
