Accommodation Administrator- Maternity Cover 9-12 months
We are looking for an enthusiastic person, who is happy working on their own as well as being part of a team. They will be confident and enjoy meeting people, as it will be necessary to show potential new staff the accommodation.
Based in Warnham, nr Horsham. This role requires traveling to our Care homes within the Sussex area.
Salary- £20,000k pro rata per annum.
Sussex Healthcare is looking for an Accommodation Administrator to work within the Facilites department to oversee their staff accommodation. The successful candidate will be based at the Head Office in Warnham, near Horsham, but will require a clean driving licence and their own transport to visit to sites in and around West/East Sussex.
The role will include receiving enquires and showing accommodation, maintaining occupancy spreadsheets, preparing welcome packs, calculating monthly rental deductions, raising rental invoices and allocating payments on the sage accounting system. The role also includes preparing reports for managers and other departments, replenishing inventory items and ordering furniture, completing inspections, organising repairs and cleaning as required, and holding keys for all properties.
The role works closely with the maintenance team, contractors and suppliers.
Must have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and experience of Sage accounting is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
