Customer Orders Administrator
Pier are currently recruiting for a Customer Order Administrator on behalf of our client based in Burgess Hill. This is initially a 12 month contract role, with the opportunity for an extension.

- Managing customer orders
- Logging all orders on in-house system
- Responding to customer queries
- Managing stock allocation
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Dealing with complaints
- Escalating any issues
- Excellent administration skills
- Customer service background
- Good IT skills
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Experience managing a large workload
This role is Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours a week, between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm. You will work a different shift each week.
