You can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish and will receive 3 weeks classroom training and ongoing support.

Flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm.

You are required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays a month (9.00am-5.00pm) but will receive a day off in lieu if working the Saturday shift. No Sunday work is required.

Salary: Starting basic of £19,300, rising to £21,158/annum after 6 months pay review + annual bonus structure.

Job Description:

  • To conduct outbound warm calls to existing customers to set up/extend warranty plans.
  • Update customer records accordingly
  • Be able to communicate accurate service and product information and build great rapport with the customer.
  • Maximise every opportunity to achieve your sales targets/KIP’s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily targets of outbound calls to achieve required of sales targets.
  • Answer customer enquiries about service and products, as well as updating customer data
  • Awareness of service rules and warranty conditions, as well as being updated with recent promotions to pass on accurate information.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum High School Education
  • PC and CRM knowledge is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
