  • Ensure the highest levels of care (personal and occasionally domestic) are always delivered and maintained , following Eniola Care’s policies and procedures.
  • Always liaise closely with the Field Care Supervisor/Manager, reporting all concerns, changes or difficulties regarding the Clients.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Maintain clear and detailed time records and medication charts.
  • Continuously strive towards outstanding, in every aspect of your role.
  • Act on own initiative
  • Build relationships with our Clients and their families to ensure we deliver personalised care.
