This role will report to the VP – Compensation and Benefits and is responsible for leading the compensation and benefits for the UK and a portfolio of EMEA countries.

In this  unique role  you will work closely with our In-country HR Team as well as with external consultants, vendors and internal partners to ensure that C&B investments, program/plan design, oversight and governance of our programmes. You will meet business objectives and deliver value.

As well as supporting the UK / EMEA remit, the role will work alongside the other EMEA C&B Director and 3 further regional C&B Directors Internationally to contribute to setting the global C&B agenda and delivering global programmes & projects. The role requires a strong focus on people leadership and leads a team of C&B professionals and will also provide project leadership to C&B team members across Europe and globally.

The office location can be flexible as AMEX is well positioned to support this role in a number of European markets.

Required skills:

  • Strong technical C&B knowledge
  • Educated to  degree level essential
  • Knowledge of European employment landscape
  • Strong people leadership skills
  • Track record of successfully delivering C&B change
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders, effectively prioritise and build strong internal relationships
  • European language skills desirable
