At Magnetic Business Development we are forecasting significant growth in 2019, and as a result require JUNIOR TELE-MARKETERS.

The role involves:

  • (B2B) telesales – Helping our clients to grow their businesses
  • Identifying new opportunities and forging positive relationships over the phone
  • Securing new business meetings and opportunities on behalf of our clients
  • Introducing our clients varied products and services to their prospective customers
  • Speaking with senior decision makers with a view to booking introductory meetings
  • Managing a database of new and existing customers
  • Booking appointments and qualifying leads
  • Developing a robust sales pipeline of future opportunities
  • Demonstrating world-class customer service, building excellent relationships with our clients.

Directly relevant experience is not necessary and full training will be given, however we are looking for:

  • Charismatic individuals who are able to easily forge relationships over the phone
  • Ambitious people looking to either start their career in the industry, or develop their sales experience alongside some globally recognised clients
  • Data management and experience of using CRM/Database systems is advantageous
  • Excellent communicators, comfortable having conversations with people at different levels including Senior Managers and CEO’s
  • Curious, engaging people, comfortable investigating facts and learning new things
  • Organised and self-motivated people
  • Well-spoken and fluent written English essential
  • Adaptable and mature, candidates should enjoy working in a dynamic, environment and be a team player.
  • Office based role, no freelancers or remote working
