Job Summary
We are recruiting for a Social Care Administrator/Receptionist to join our Life Skills Centre working 32.5 hours per week.
In this varied role you will act as the central point of contract for the Life Skills Centre providing a range of efficient and effective administrative and receptionist services to include:
- Taking bookings for the centre by phone email and in person
- Providing an excellent customer service to the users of the Centre
- Daily reconciliation of all monies, ensuring they are recorded accurately
- Providing administration support to the café which may include ordering of goods and stock
- Meeting and greeting customers and clients in a warm and friendly manner
- Supporting the Life Skills Manager with all new placement administration and processes
We are looking for those that have the following:
- General office experience within a receptionist or administration role
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Proven customer service delivery skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated and keen to learn
