Sussex Recruitment require a Team Leader within the stores department for their busy Manufacturing client based in Eastbourne.

Monday to Friday – Full time 8am to 5pm.

Main duties and responsibilities:

To oversee and organise stock production requirements

Drive the team forward

Inventory and management control

To accept and receipt goods-in

Advise on all stock delivery shortages

To ensure all goods received meet the expected criteria for quality

Loading & unloading of delivery vehicles when required

Identify areas for improvement

Skills required:

Knowledge of stock management

Highly organised

Fork lift licence and skill set

Strong supervisory skills, 2yrs +

Experience with training staff
