Red Flag Recruitment are seeking Call Center Ambassadors to join a growing company based in Brighton.

We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center Ambassadors who have a thorough understanding of providing exceptional telephone customer service and have the ability to work weekdays and some Saturdays (No Sunday work).

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Thursday 11.00am-8.00pm, Friday 11.30am-6.00pm.

You are required to work 1 in 2 alternate Saturdays a month (9.00am-5.00pm)

Pay: Basic at £19,300/annum, increasing to £21,158/annum + commission & bonus structure

Job Summary:

As a Call Center Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact via and are responsible for presenting a professional and positive company image to all new and external customers at all times.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform warm outbound sales calls to customers and set up insurance plans and warranty plans.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle high outbound call volume and multi-task
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
