We are seeking a team of proactive and caring Personal Support Workers to support a 28 year old young man with disabilities in the Bough Beech area of Kent. 

This young man requires 24hr care and as such the team will support with all care and assisting with activities within the community such as Swimming, Shopping and Medical appointments etc. 

You will be supporting with all personal care, administering feed and medication, facilitating therapy programmes and lifting and hoisting. You will be confident in communicating, engaging with and stimulating this young man.

Experience or knowledge of working with young adults with complex health needs and disabilities is desirable. You must have experience of working within a care environment. 

You will be required to sleep-in two nights per week.
