Our client is a leading commercial firm in the Southeast of England who are seeking a talented Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team

The firm is leading in its industry and been continuously expanding going from strength to strength

They provide a variety of commercial services with a client base covering the whole of the South East

The Workload:

• Commercial Leases
• Licensing
• Business Sales and Purchases
• Planning Application
• Business Financing
• Commercial Contracts and Ancillary Documentation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Solicitor or Legal Executive
• 1-6 PQE
• Experience managing their own caseload
• Experience dealing with both large projects and small matters across a range of sectors
• Keen to develop alongside the business and be technically gifted
• Strong client skills and possess a 'can-do' attitude

This is an outstanding role with potential for the right candidate to enjoy a long career with the firm and doesn't require them to have a following.

The salary will be in line with market rate and commensurate depending on the individual's experience and also includes a benefits package not to mention the friendly and inclusive working environment
