My client is looking for an experienced Nurse for days and Nights to join their amazing team within the Hastings area. You must hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification. With a compassionate and caring attitude, you will have an adequate knowledge and experience and the understanding of nursing role and professional boundaries. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.

In addition, you will have a proven track record of leading and supporting teams, have excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure.

As one of their fantastic Nurses, you will mentor and motivate colleagues and will be involved in continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents’ needs at the same time coaching your team members and role modelling the best practice. Your skills and experience will be key to supporting our residents with all their needs, through the therapeutic interventions and meaningful occupations.

The night shifts are 8am to 8pm for days and 8pm - 8am for nights with the salary of £37,128 per annum
