Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated Business Loan Adviser to identify and qualify prospective new business clients.

You will need to adapt to a very fast paced environment which brings new challenges every day.

Location: Portslade by Sea

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Pay: Between £20,000-£22,000k/annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct business sales call to source, identify and qualify prospective clients.

- Follow up with prospective clients, moving them through their second charge loan application process and collecting required documentation.

- Build and cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients.

- Manage a sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets.

- Coordinate directly with colleagues and management

Skills and Experience:

- Professional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of detail orientation.

- Strong lead development skills.

- Well-developed organizational and time management skills

- Ability to excel in a fast-growth, changing environment;

- 1-5 years in a B2B/B2C Sales/Financial related role is essential

- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
