An established national residential contractor, with offices in Sussex, London, Oxon, Essex are now looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to manage various contracts in the South East. This business operates solely in the new build residential sector, as either a contractor or developer and at time under a JV arrangement.

  • Management of 3 - 4 projects
  • Experience managing projects over £5M
  • Management of site team and ensure effecting management of sub-contractors
  • Creating and management of programme
  • Managing the design process
  • Client meetings and associated issues
  • Health and Safety plans
  • Motivating and inspiring the team
  • Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
  • Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts

To be considered for this role you will have experience of managing contracts with values over £5M and have experience of traditional housing as well as RC Frame. You must be experienced at managing multiple contracts and assist with all pre construction issues, design issues, procurement, programming and general duties.
