Well, we may just have the perfect opportunity for you with Hunters’ client, a leading and independent car leasing company.

The CRO Specialist will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.

You will require a high degree of collaboration with the other marketing team members. You will be working with a team that is focused on helping increase brand awareness and website traffic, generate more leads, and acquire customers. To succeed, you must have the desire to read, learn and grow, have a strong work ethic, are deadline driven and have the willingness to go above and beyond. The role will entail testing and experimentation practice across the website to improve the user experience and increase lead generation.

Specific responsibilities Include:

·Building an A/B testing strategy to drive conversions and optimise multi-platform user experience.

·Recommend and carry out the best testing and experimentation practice across the website and marketing channels such as email.

·Recommend enhancements to the website to increase conversion rate (lead generation).

·Design and construct campaigns that show a measurable increase in conversions (leads) after the changes are implemented.

·Submit regular reports to detail progress and analysis of campaigns and strategies.

·Improve lead generation from the website.

·Assess webpages and emails and recommend tests that will help reach business goals.

·Analyse web analytics tools to come up with strategic, analytical and creative insights.

·Taking the company to the next level by suggesting improvements to user experience using the most up to date technologies.

·Research and propose the latest technologies.

·Leading the way with conversion rate optimisation.

·Strong experience with Google Analytics and CRO testing platforms.

·Implement a rigorous A/B testing methodology to deliver continuous incremental increases to the performance of all marketing channels.
